Printing Is the Easy Part.
Knowing What to Print Isn't.

A stack of flyers isn't marketing. It's paper. A shirt with your logo on it isn't marketing either. It's a shirt.

Most shops take your file, run it, and hand you a box. What happens after that is your problem. We start one step earlier and finish three steps later.

What a Print Shop Does

  • Waits for you to send a file
  • Tells you the file is wrong
  • Prints exactly what you asked for
  • Hands you a box
  • Never asks what it was for

What a Studio Inside a Marketing Agency Does

  • Asks what you're actually trying to fix
  • Tells you what should get printed, and what shouldn't
  • Builds the artwork and cleans up the logo
  • Produces it here, in-house
  • Connects it to your site, QR codes, reviews, and follow-up

Every piece we print has a job.

If we can't tell you what job it's doing, we'll tell you not to print it. That conversation is free, and it has saved people more money than any discount we could have given them.

Start That Conversation

Print That Reports Back

We already run websites, CRMs, and review systems for local businesses. That means a printed piece doesn't have to be the end of the conversation.

A QR code that goes somewhere real

Not your homepage. A page built for that specific piece, so you can see exactly how many people scanned the table tent versus the door hanger.

NFC displays that ask for the review

A tap at the counter opens your review page while the visit is still fresh. The hardest review to get is the one you ask for a week late.

Print that triggers follow-up

A scan can drop someone into your CRM and start the same automated follow-up your digital leads get. The flyer stops being a dead end.

Packaging that earns the second order

A reorder label or insert card on the box turns a one-time buyer into a repeat one without you doing anything.

Everything We Currently Make

If it isn't on this list, ask anyway. The answer is often yes. Restaurants usually start with menu printing.

You Don't Need a Designer.
You Need It Done.

"I don't have a good file" is the single most common reason people put off printing something they need. It stops being a problem here.

Logo cleanupLogo recreationLogo vectorizationCircle logo redesignApparel graphicsSticker designMenu designPrint layoutAI-assisted artworkProduct mockupsProduction-ready files

You keep the production-ready files at the end. The work is yours. Use it anywhere, with anyone.

Ten Steps. You Only Have to Care About Two.

Send the idea. Approve the proof. We handle the other eight.

Phase 01

Design & Approval

The only two steps that need you. Everything after this is on us.

  1. 1

    You send the idea

    Your Turn

Artwork, a rough sketch, a phone photo of your old menu, or just the problem you're trying to solve. You do not need a finished file.

  2. 2

We create or refine the design

We build the artwork from scratch or clean up what you already have: logo redraws, vectorizing, layout, and mockups so you can see it before it exists.

  3. 3

    You approve the digital proof

    Your Turn

You see exactly what will be produced. Nothing moves forward until you say yes, and changes at this stage cost nothing.

Phase 02

Production

Handled in-house. You don't have to think about any of it.

  1. 4

    Files prepped for production

Color, bleed, cut paths, and sizing set up so the finished piece matches the proof you approved.

  2. 5

    Materials printed

Printed on the material the job actually calls for, not whatever happened to be loaded.

  3. 6

    Laminated when required

Gloss, matte, holographic, glass shard, or micro dot. Anything handled daily or living outdoors gets protected.

  4. 7

    Contour cutting

Precision cutting to the exact shape of your design: die-cut, kiss-cut, or fully custom.

  5. 8

    Apparel pressed & finished

Garments pressed, cured, and finished so the graphic survives the wash instead of cracking in a month.

Phase 03

Quality & Handoff

Nothing leaves here that we wouldn't hand a customer of our own.

  1. 9

    Quality inspection

Every piece checked against the approved proof. Anything off-color, misaligned, or short-cut gets remade, not shipped.

  2. 10

    Packaged for pickup or shipping

Packed so it arrives the way it left. Grab it in Louisville or we'll ship it to you.

What We Can Actually Do

The honest limits, so you know before you ask.

Print size

Sheet printing up to 11x17, on stocks from standard flyer paper through heavy cardstock.

Contour cutting

Precision cutting up to 24 inches wide: die-cut, kiss-cut, and fully custom shapes.

Lamination

Cold-roll lamination in gloss, matte, holographic, glass shard, and micro dot.

Sticker media

Waterproof, matte, gloss, printable vinyl, and printable holographic vinyl.

Apparel decoration

Full-color DTF transfers up to 12x17, heat transfer vinyl, and layered vinyl graphics.

Finishing

Trimming, corner rounding, and packing for pickup or shipping.

Need embroidery, large format, or something outside this list? Ask. We'll either take it on or tell you straight that it isn't ours to do yet.

Nobody Should Have to Order 5,000 of Anything

The standard print-shop minimum exists for the shop's convenience, not yours. You order 500 menus, the price changes in March, and 400 of them go in a closet.

Print what you need now. Reprint when it changes. That's the whole policy.

No Price List. Here's Why.

We could publish a price grid. It would be wrong for almost everybody who read it, and you'd find that out after you ordered.

1

What it's made of

A waterproof laminated label and a paper flyer are not the same job. Material and finish move the number more than anything else.

2

How many you need

Setup work is the same whether you order one or two hundred, so per-piece cost drops fast as the run grows. We'll tell you where the breakpoint is.

3

How much design it needs

A print-ready vector file costs nothing to prep. A logo we rebuild from a screenshot is real work. Both are fine. They just price differently.

Every quote you get from us includes

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a minimum order?

No. One shirt is a real order. So is one menu, one sign, or one sticker. We built the studio around small and custom runs specifically because most shops won't touch anything under a few dozen pieces. Order what you'll actually use, and come back when you need more.

How long does it take?

The clock starts when you approve the proof, not when you first message us. The fastest way to speed a job up is getting us the details early. Small runs typically move quickly, and every quote comes with a firm completion date in writing before you commit. If you have a hard deadline, tell us up front and we'll tell you honestly whether we can hit it.

I don't have a design. Can you make one?

That's the normal case, not the exception. We design from scratch, clean up artwork you already have, rebuild a logo that only exists as a blurry JPEG, vectorize it so it stays sharp at any size, and lay out menus and marketing pieces from nothing but a list of what goes on them. Design isn't an add-on we tolerate. It's the reason to come here instead of an upload box.

What file formats do you need?

Vector is ideal: AI, EPS, SVG, or a vector PDF. It scales to any size without going soft. A high-resolution PNG, TIFF, or PSD at 300 DPI or better at final print size usually works too. And if all you have is a screenshot from your own website or a photo of your old sign, send that. We'll tell you honestly whether we can use it or whether it's faster to rebuild it clean.

Do you print full-color designs on shirts?

Yes. Both DTF (full color, gradients, photos) and heat transfer vinyl (bold flat colors, names and numbers) are available now. If you're unsure which your design needs, describe it when you request a quote and we'll pick for you. There's a full side-by-side comparison on our custom apparel page.

Do you ship, or is it pickup only?

Both. We're in Louisville, so local pickup is usually fastest. If you're not local or just don't want to drive, we package everything to survive the trip and ship it out.

Can you match my exact brand colors?

Yes, and it's worth doing right. Send your brand's color codes and any existing printed piece you want it to match, and we'll set the color up in production and show it to you on the digital proof before anything is produced. One honest note most shops skip: a color on a backlit screen and the same color on paper, vinyl, or fabric will never be pixel-identical. That's physics, not a mistake. We get it as close as the material allows and show you before we print, so there are no surprises when the box opens.

Can you do just one of something?

Yes. One custom shirt for a birthday, one sign for a single event, one prototype label to see how it looks on the bottle before you commit. A lot of our work starts as a single piece and turns into a standing order once it's real in someone's hands.

My logo is a mess. Can you fix it before printing it?

Almost always. Common jobs: pulling a logo out of a photo or screenshot, redrawing it as clean vector art, rebuilding a version that works inside a circle for stickers and stamps, simplifying it so it survives at two inches, and making light and dark versions for different backgrounds. You get the production-ready files at the end, so you own the work and can use it anywhere.

How is this different from ordering online?

An online printer is a file-in, box-out vending machine. It prints what you upload and has no opinion about whether it will work. We're a print studio inside a marketing agency. We help you decide what's worth producing, create the artwork, run it here, and then connect it to the rest of your marketing: QR codes that land on a page built for that specific piece, NFC displays that ask for a review, follow-up that fires in your CRM after the scan. You end up with a customer-acquisition system, not a box of paper.

Tell Us What You Need.
We'll Tell You What It Should Be.

Send over the idea: a photo of your beat-up menu, a napkin sketch, a logo you've never liked, or just the problem you're trying to solve. You'll get a real answer from a real person, not a price grid and a file-spec PDF.
